8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Subject to other provisions in this Clause, any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms, including any question regarding its validity (“Dispute”), shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre(“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
  1. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.
  2. The Tribunal shall consist of 1 (One) arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties.
  3. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  4. The Parties further agree that any other dispute or disagreement of a legal nature will also be decided in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Courts at Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such cases, subject to the foregoing.
